If you are coming to the Bay of Islands this winter please note that we have a wonderful
wood-burning fire (with plenty of firewood).

And the house is stocked with books and movies and music.

So it’s by far the best holiday house in the Bay of Islands for a winter holiday retreat!

Rates are for up to 4-person occupancy per night. Additional guests (4 max) are $25 each per night.
Minimum stay of three nights with a $100 surcharge on any public holidays.
Lower rates may be available for stays longer than 6 nights or for 2-person non-peak stays. Please enquire.
Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (tax).
High quality linens are included and the pantry is stocked with staples and condiments for your convenience.
In-house shiatsu/massage treatments and/or yoga sessions can be arranged for you.
Children are welcome.

A surcharge applies to all bookings over the 2011 World Rugby Cup season (Sept/Oct 2011). Please enquire.

Bookings:

A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the accommodation is required to secure a booking.
The balance of the booking fee is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 2pm or later (by prior arrangement); check-out time is 10am.

Changes & Cancellations:

Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date will be charged 25% of the total booking fee.
Deposits may otherwise be transferred to alternate dates (subject to availability) if your plans need to be changed.
